1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Wajood-e-Zan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services immediately. Wajood-e-Zan reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of those changes.

2. Product Description & Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, and the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, embroidery, or texture may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be completed before an order is processed. In the event of an incorrect price or product description, Wajood-e-Zan reserves the right to cancel or revise the order after informing the customer.

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and order processing. Wajood-e-Zan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. If an order is canceled, customers will be notified and compensated according to the applicable policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, while international orders may take 10–15 working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to Eid season, sales, weather conditions, or courier delays. Once dispatched, Wajood-e-Zan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Exchanges (Pakistan Only)

Exchanges are allowed once per order and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Sale items, discounted products, and Eid Collection articles are not eligible for exchange, unless received in defective condition.

7. Returns & Store Credit

Returns are only accepted in cases where an item is defective or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof. Once approved, customers will be issued store credit of equivalent value. Cash refunds are not offered, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. International Orders

International orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, customers must share photographic proof for review. Approved cases may receive store credit or a partial refund at the discretion of Wajood-e-Zan. Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Wajood-e-Zan reserves the right to cancel orders in exceptional cases such as inventory errors or payment issues.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Wajood-e-Zan, including designs, images, logos, product names, and written material, is the exclusive property of the brand. Any reproduction, duplication, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. User Responsibility

Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or engage in any activity that violates legal, ethical, or intellectual property standards. Any misuse may result in order cancellation or restricted access to services.

12. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Wajood-e-Zan does not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations regarding fit, color, or texture. The brand is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

13. Limitation of Liability

Wajood-e-Zan shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or damages caused by factors beyond its control, including courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect customer information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
